Zuma is still yet to see any action this season after suffering a knee injury last season.
The former Bafana Bafana striker is, however, back at training and hoping to challenge for a starting place soon.
United coach Cavin Johnson tells KickOff.com that he is very excited about Zuma’s return, but will not rush him into action.
“Zuma is back with us and training full time with the team,” Johnson says. “We are giving him another three weeks before considering him for selection.”
The Matsatsantsa coach also reveals that he is undecided on whether to sign Thwala, who is currently on trial with the Tshwane side.
“We have given him a chance to train with us but we haven’t made time to make the decision,” Johnson says.
Thwala is a former Under-23 international midfielder, and spent time at Mamelodi Sundowns and Moroka Swallows.
