Matsatsantsa coach Gavin Hunt revealed to KickOff.com that he is hoping to see the former Bafana Bafana striker in his squad for the upcoming season.
“Yes, I would like to see Shaun [Bartlett] playing for SuperSport United next season. However, it is still premature to discuss anything regarding him joining us; but we are interested.”
Meanwhile, SuperSport United striker, Katlego Mashego is set to stay in Sweden for good after impressing Swedish team, Djurgarden IF during his trials.
Mashego’s manager, Tim Sukazi confirmed to KickOff.com that the Bafana Bafana striker has impressed the club and they are now waiting for Djurgarden to table an offer for his services.
“Mashego has done well and the Swedish team has already expressed their interest in signing him. I am waiting for them to come back to me with their proposal tomorrow [Friday] and we will take it from there.”
