Aussies keen on Malangoane

News

Ferguson tells KickOff.com that they were interested to sign Malangoane after watching him during their pre-season training in South Africa last year but failed to buy the midfielder out of his contract with Dikwena.

The coach says that he will keep his eye on Malangoane when his team plays Platinum Stars in a friendly scheduled for Mbombela Stadium on Thursday.

"I was very impressed with Tity (Joseph Malangoane) that last time we were here for pre-season training. He has got great feet and good pace.

"We made enquires about his services last season but couldn't get him out of his contract. I will get a chance to have a look at him when we play Platinum Stars this week," adds Ferguson.

Perth Glory are in the country for their pre-season training and are based in Nelspruit. The Australian team has lined-up friendlies against AmaZulu, Platinum Stars and Bidvest Wits.
