Palmgren needs two defenders

With 11 new players already signed and still looking for two more, Swedish coach Roger Palmgren says things are far different now compared to the nightmare this time last season when they began their campaign with makeshift side comprising players mostly of players from Dumisani Ndlovu’s Benoni Premier United who status they had bought.

Recent signings are goalkeeper Aubrey Mathibe from Moroka Swallows, striker Norman Smith from Golden Arrows, Benin midfielder Jonas Okotela, leftback Thabiso Rammile, rightback James Madidilane from Bloemfontein Celtic, central defender Tonic Chabalala and Nkosinathi Nhleko.

Palmgren says he is looking for two more defenders to complete his squad and is contemplating looking abroad as he has exhausted possibilities in South Africa.
