After the dismal outing at the Olympics, there seems to be more focus on the Super Eagles to qualify for the 2013 Nations Cup and then win it according to the authorities.
"But what I will plead and ask for is to be left alone to concentrate on my job as the national coach," said Keshi.
"I will take advise from every well-meaning Nigerian, but I will not take insults and distractions," he added.
Keshi believes his team will qualify for the Nations Cup in South Africa and the next World Cup in Brazil but the team needs to concentrate and not be distracted by the various comments coming out from various quarters.
He also added that he is happy that the board of the Nigeria Football Federation is in support of his programmes fully and that has allowed him to continually blood new players from the local leagues.
