The striker will fly into Abuja to meet with Keshi and NFF bigwigs as part of a reconciliation process initiated from the capital.
Odemwingie has not played for Nigeria since Keshi took over about 10 months ago.
Initially, the West Brom striker was ruled out due to injury, and then excluded as Keshi built up a growing stock of players from the domestic league.
In the build up to last Monty's qualifier against Liberia, Keshi disclosed that the forward was left out because he did not return calls.
A flurry of telephone calls between NFF president Aminu Maigari between Keshi and Odemwingie has led to the issue being close to resolution, and Odemwingie will now be in Lagos to meet with Keshi to draw a line under the matter.
