Ribery, who remains in stellar form for Bayern Munich this season, netted 11 goals and contributed 19 assists to the Bavarians' Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal and Champions League triumph last term.
The 30-year-old attacker has been accused of underperforming for Les Bleus in the past, but Nasri feels Ribery is now the fulcrum of the national side.
"Ribery has been accused of failing to show up for France, but he carries the team these days. He would be great for any team," Manchester City playmaker Nasri told reporters.
"He was already voted Uefa's Best Player in Europe and I really hope that he wins the Fifa Ballon d'Or as well. It would really be the crown on his career.
"I don't know Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo personally, but I do know Franck. He has won everything he could win this year."
