Rusike and his current employers Jomo Cosmos are at loggerheads over the contract between the two parties.

Cosmos claim they still have a contract with Rusike, but the winger disputes this saying his contract has expired and he should, therefore, be able to sign for Chiefs as a free agent.

The matter was referred to the League’s Dispute Resolution Chamber and has learnt that a ruling was expected on Monday, August 27 but it was postponed to today.

A source believes the DRC will find in Rusike’s favour, but Cosmos are adamant the player belongs to them.

It is now a waiting game to hear the outcome.
