The 21-year-old striker is currently enjoying a rich run of form in Sweden for his new club Malmo FF, and has scored four goals in two matches.
Despite this, Rantie has reportedly been left out of the national team to play the Seleção in an international friendly in Sao Paolo next weekend.
But instead of complaining about missing a call-up, the former Orlando Pirates striker says he will continue working hard as he is determined to earn his place before the next Bafana Bafana match.
"As for the reason why I'm not in the team I think it will be best if you ask the coach himself," he tells KickOff.com, "but to be honest with you I'm not worried nor surprised. I just have to improve my game and hopefully for the next camp I will get selected.
"I wish the team all the best with the two games against Brazil and Mozambique ... I am behind them all the way."
In the meantime, the Free State-born striker says he is focusing on helping Malmo win the Swedish League. The club has 10 matches left to play.
"Winning the League, that's our main objective, and I think if we focus on our own game we will make it," he says.
