Organiser spokesman Nhlanhla Mtaka said: “We were happy with many things. Being the first of its kind, we learned a lot and we promise fans a better showing next year.
“An international outfit will take part in our second year with, of course, the inaugural champions, invited again to defend.
“We will then have the fans decide which teams among the three that participated (Bidvest, Thanda Zulu Royal and AmaZulu) they would like to see take part again.
“Judging by the football all teams exhibited, I think we will have a problem in deciding the third team.”
The proceeds from the tournament will be donated to needy organisations.
The event formed part of Zulu king, Goodwill Zwelithini’s 60th birthday celebrations.
