Although SuperSport CEO Jose Ferreira refused to confirm the signing, Arwuah and Maritzburg boss Farouk Kadodia did, saying: “He has left to join to SuperSport, but I don’t how long the deal is.”
The Ghanaian also confirms that he will be moving to Tshwane next season, but also will not reveal the length of his contract.
“Who told you this? Yes, I’ve signed but that is all I can tell you now.”
Meanwhile, former Bafana Bafana defender Bradley Carnell is looking for new team after failing to renew his contract with SuperSport.
Carnell joined United last season after spending almost 10 years in Germany playing for clubs like Hansa Rostock, Stuttgart and Karlsruher.
“There was an option to renew my contract with SuperSport, but our negotiations have broken down after failing to agree financial terms based on their budget,” he tells KickOff.com.
“I am looking for a move to a local or overseas team. I spent five years playing for one team and spent another four with another one in Germany, and basically would want to go to a team where I would be able stay for a few years.”
