Dhadhla, Komphela set for Sundowns


Stars brand manager Rantsi Mokoena confirmed to KickOff.com that they had failed to hold onto Dhladhla whose contract expires at Ea lla Koto in June and have decided to give the Nigel-born player the green light to join Sundowns.

“There were a few offers for the player, but Sundowns seem to have won his signature. We will be finalising everything with them on Monday morning.

_quote Dhladhla also confirmed with that he will be moving from Stars to a top team, but declined to name his destination.

“Everything is in the hands of my manager and I am expecting to come back to me this weekend to give me details. I will only talk once my signature is on the dotted line.

Sundowns are also expected to make official announcement next week about the signing of Amaglug-glug coach Steve Komphela to fill the post of youth development at the Chloorkop-based team.

Komphela will replace Cavin Johnson who has joined Platinum Stars as assistant coach.
