Meanwhile, Ghana coach Claude LeRoy is to consider signing a contract extension with the West Africans.
“I have been offered a prolongation until 2010 and I am honoured,” LeRoy said.
“At the end of the game against Cameroon the sports minister told me he was happy with my work so I will think about it,” addedthe 60-year-old, who said at the beginning of the tournament he would expect the axe if Ghana failed to win the trophy.
