Ribery temper angers Ancelotti

Ribery, who was named captain for the tie, scored one of the goals alongside a Julian Green hat-trick, but was most notable for clashing with Inter midfielder Felipe Melo.

The 33-year-old Frenchman earned himself a booking for his actions as he seemingly sought revenge for an early over-exuberant Melo tackle.

After the match an angry Ancelotti said: "I don't like players who behave like that. I told him that I don't like that sort of behaviour and I told him to stop doing it.

"I made him our captain for this game, so he simply cannot act like this."

Ribery had earlier in the week angered Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge for criticising the club's former boss, Pep Guardiola.
