Sono ‘confident’ of move to Israel

Ezenkosi’s website reports that Bamuza and Larry Cohen were invited by the Israeli club for a two-week trial period.

Bamuza apparently sounded confident enough that he would receive an offer that could allow him to follow in his famous father’s (Jomo Sono) footsteps and secure a contract abroad.

According to Sono, senior, Bamuza will return to Israel in May next year possibly to start a new career with Maccabi Netanya.

Bamuza has not yet been briefed about his performance, but was aware that the Israelis had spoken to his father already.
