Benavente, who came through the youth ranks of Los Blancos has earned 16 international caps since making his Peru debut in 2013, scoring two goals.
The 24-year-old playmaker is Pyramids' seventh mid-season signing, which has brought even more optimism after the addition of 2017 Asian Football Player of the Year Omar Khribin from Saudi club Al Hilal on Monday.
Khribin featured 47 appearances for the Saudi giants, scoring 28 goals while assisting nine - and won the Saudi league title twice, the 2017 Saudi Cup, as well as the 2019 Saudi Super Cup.
