The two sides were paired against each other in last night's Ke Yona draw, which took place in Randburg.
This season has seen the Naturena based outfit play their home games at the FNB Stadium although they have also taken some of their matches to their alternative home ground at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
However, the Glamour Boys will not be able to pick and choose which of those venues to face Matsatsantsa, with that decision falling to the PSL.
"The league will tell us which venue will be good for the game,” Kaizer Chiefs communications manager Vina Maphosa tells KickOff.com.
"There are lots of things that are taken into consideration, all we do is to submit our home venues to the league and the club has already done that, naturally.
“At the start of the season we submitted our home venues to the league, but that was done specifically for the league [matches]; as for cup [matches], the league knows which venues are our home venues. We have two home venues for this season, FNB Stadium and Moses Mabhida [Stadium].”
The Nedbank Cup quarter-finals are expected to take place on the weekend of 22 April.
