Orlando Pirates 1-3 AmaZulu

Orlando Pirates fell to second spot on the DStv Diski Challenge table after a heavy 3-1 defeat to AmaZulu on Saturday morning at Rand Stadium.

After a goalless first stanza, Lindani Shange eventually broke the deadlock for Usuthu four minutes from the break but Nkosinathi Themba levelled matters for the Buccaneers just three minutes later.

However, Shange restored the lead for AmaZulu on the hour-mark to complete his brace and Tebogo Masuku sealed the deal in the last minute.

TS Galaxy 1-2 Kaizer Chiefs

Kaizer Chiefs won their third game in four matches after edging TS Galaxy 2-1 on Sunday morning at Tsakane Stadium.

Following a scoreless first stanza, Donay Jansen eventually broke the deadlock for Chiefs five minutes into the second stanza but Zulu got the equaliser for the Rockets in the 65th minute.

However, Mfundo Vilakazi snatched the winner for the Glamour Boys in the last minute.

Baroka 5-3 Mamelodi Sundowns

Mamelodi Sundowns suffered their seventh defeat of the campaign after going down 5-3 against Baroka on Sunday morning at Baroka FC Village.

The Brazilians dropped down to seventh spot on the log with 31 points while Bakgaga went up to 11th with 26 points.

Stellenbosch 1-1 Golden Arrows

Stellenbosch climbed up to the top of the table despite playing to a 1-1 draw with Golden Arrows on Saturday afternoon at Idas Valley Sports Ground.

Mervin Boji broke the deadlock for Stellies midway through the first stanza but Bongumusa Nkosi salvaged the share of the spoils with the equaliser just before the half-time break.

Cape Town City 5-1 Royal AM

Cape Town City got back to winning ways after hammering Royal AM 5-1 on Sunday morning at Malta Park Sports Ground.

Jared Hendricks and Anathi Ngwadla scored a brace each while Jaedin Rhodes was also on the scoresheet for the rampant Citizens.

Swallows 2-2 SuperSport United

SuperSport United were denied their third consecutive win after playing to a 2-2 draw with Swallows on Saturday morning at Volkswagen Dobsonville Stadium.

Thapelo Maseko gave United an early lead but the Birds got two goals from behind late in the first stanza to head to the break with a 2-1 lead.

However, Maseko snatched the equaliser for Matsatsantsa and grabbed his brace in the last quarter of an hour.
