Brockie reflects on eventful season

Brockie is yet to score since joining Sundowns from SuperSport United in January, having plundered 54 goals in a three-year spell for Matsatsantsa - three goals shy of the club record held by the late Abram Raselemane.

However, 2017/18 was kind to his trophy cabinet. The New Zealand international claimed Absa Premiership and MTN8 honours, the CAF Confederation Cup Golden Boot and a silver medal, while he has also been nominated for the MTN8 Last Man Standing prize.

Brockie reflected on his fortunes on Twitter, saying: "The season comes to an end.. while it’s been VERY frustrating season on the goal tally, to finish the season with an MTN8 and CAF Confed medal, the CAF Confed golden boot, a PSL medal and a nomination for MTN8 last man standing and a move to @Masandawana I've enjoyed every moment of it!!
