The Glamour Boys cruised to a 2-0 win over AmaZulu on Saturday in the Absa Premiership, which was their third consecutive victory.

The Bafana Bafana defender insists they are aware about the expectations of playing for a big club as Amakhosi.

“We haven’t won silverware in a long time," the defender told SuperSport TV.

"It’s going to be difficult. We know everyone guns for us but we have to come up with top performances.

"We have to show character, we have to show that we’re playing for a big team. If we all work hard the results will come."

The Chiefs full-back claims they knew how to penetrate the Usuthu defence.

“I think we played well tonight, we played to win. We played together as a team. We knew that AmaZulu likes to play so the coach said “go press them high, don’t give them space because when you give them space on the ball they can cause problems “
