Well-known football analyst Junior Khanye has received another major boost in his new career.

The former Kaizer Chiefs winger has partnered with World Sports Betting as their latest brand ambassador.

He visited the World Sports Betting offices in Randburg today to officially kick off his new role.

The World Sports Betting (WSB) Cares Foundation has also partnered with the Junior Khanye Foundation to assist with the development of soccer in the Daveyton Area and also nationally.

Junior, who is a regular analyst at iDiski as well as other soccer shows in South Africa, has a vision for his foundation and the Fak'imali Uzobona FC to one day play in the PSL, and together with his team of coaches and mentors, he seems to be on the right track.

"This team and my foundation are very important to me and I'm very grateful to have a brand like World Sports Betting behind us as we take on the South African football landscape,” said Khanye.

"I have surrounded myself with top talent and we are in the scouting process with our first tryouts taking place on 5 March.

"Our team will be one to take very seriously very soon."

Ryno Du Plessis, CMO of World Sports Betting praised Junior for his work ethic.

"Junior is a star of South African football and as a brand, we are proud to have him as our ambassador.

"He is making waves as a sportsman and analyst. We look forward to the journey with him and his foundation and I believe we will be able to touch lots of lives through these initiatives.”
