Pitso Mosimane has sent a clear message to Al Ahly supporters ahead of signing his two-year contract with the record eight-time CAF Champions League winners.
Mosimane touched down in Egypt this morning to the greetings of thousands of fanatical supporters ahead of his introduction to the club's hierarchy at their official headquarters.
Met by marketing director Amir Tawfik at the Cairo International Airport, the former Mamelodi Sundowns boss will put pen to paper on his lucrative deal - which many consider as a show of faith.
The Red Devils has traditionally offered coaches one-year contracts in years gone by and ahead of his first press conference he's sent a message to the fans of the record 42-time Egyptian Premier League champions.

"I would like to thank captain Bibo [Al Ahly president] and all the board members of Al Ahly for entrusting me with the difficult task ahead," he said via the club's official media team.
"They showed confidence in me and they believe I can take the team to a bigger and better space. To the Red Devils, I say give the space‚ give me the time and I will take Al Ahly to the next level."
