Aguero in line for one of four jobs?

World News

Recently retired Sergio Aguero reportedly has as many as four potential jobs on the table as he looks to make his next big move in the football world.

On Wednesday last week, the Argentine held a press conference during which he revealed that he had taken the decision to prematurely end his career on doctors' advice after being diagnosed with a cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat).

A few days later, reports suggested that Aguero would not demand that the second year of his Barcelona contract be paid out in a bid to help the Blaugrana as they continue to address their financial issues.

The striker may be missing out on a year of wages as a result, but he could be set to launch a new career in the near future, with reports linking him with a quartet of jobs, one of them with Manchester City, who are said to be looking to bring him back on board as a global ambassador, according to South American news outlet Ole.

Marca, meanwhile, has claimed that Aguero could be offered the chance to join up with the Argentina national team as part of Lionel Scaloni's coaching staff, but if he does not take that role, it is added that a job with one of La Albiceleste's youth sides could be on the cards.

According to Ole, the ex-striker may also enter the punditry world, with many broadcasters expected to enquire about his availability to be an analyst if he chooses to reject any of the aforementioned offers.
