Manchester City maintained their perfect run in Group C after thrashing Olympiacos Piraeus 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium.

Ferran Torres scored early in the first stanza before Gabriel Jesus and Joao Cancelo wrapped up the three points for City with two late goals.

RB Salzburg 2-6 Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich kept their perfect start in Group A after hammering RB Salzburg 6-2 at Red Bull Arena.

A own goal by Rasmus Kristensen, Jerome Boateng, Leroy Sane and Lucas Hernandez all added to Robert Lewandowski's double while Mergim Berisha and Masaya Okugawa scored the consolation goals for Salzburg.

FC Porto 3-0 Marseille

FC Porto remain three points behind Group C leaders Manchester City after thrashing Marseille 3-0 at Estadio do Dragao.

Moussa Marega got an early opener for the hosts and Dimitri Payet should have equalised for the visitors in the tenth minute but missed a penalty.

Sergio Oliveira netted a penalty for Porto in the 28th minute to restore their lead and Luis Diaz sealed the three points for the Portuguese side in the last 21 minutes with the third goal.

Midtjylland 1-2 Ajax Amsterdam

Despite having a depleted squad due to a number of players testing positive for Covid-19, Ajax Amsterdam got their first win in Group D after edging Midtylland 2-1 at MCH Arena.

Antony and Dusan Tadic gave Ajax a two-goal cushion in the first 13 minutes before Andres Dreyer pulled a goal back for the hosts five minutes later.
