Hoffenheim 1-2 Manchester City

Manchester City claimed their first win in Group F after seeing off Hoffenheim 2-1 in Germany.

Pep Guardiola's men began the campaign with a 2-1 loss to Ligue 1 outfit Olympique at the Etihad on match day one.

 The Bundesliga outfit got off to a dream start, with Ishak Belfodi calmly slotting past Ederson from close-range for the lead after just one minute.

Their joy was short-live as City restored parity on seven minutes thanks to Sergio Aguero's close-range striker, after being set up by Leroy Sane.

After being frustrated for large parts of the second half, City secured the winning goal with three minutes remaining after David Silva found the back of the net from close range,

Juventus 3-0 Young Boys

Juventus made it two wins from two matches in Group H after cruising to a 3-0 win over Young Boys.

With Cristiano Ronaldo serving a suspension, Paulo Dybala took the onus on himself to get the goals, as he opened the scoring in the fifth minute.

The second goal arrived midway through the first half, with Dybala firing home from close range after Blaise Matuidi's initial effort was saved.

The Argentine striker then completed his hat-trick in the 69th minute after converting a cross from Juan Cuadrado.

The Old Lady will lock horns with Manchester United in their next Group H encounter, while Ronaldo is also expected to return.
