Inter Milan 4-2 AC Milan

Inter Milan moved top of the table after coming from two goals down to clinch a 4-2 thumping victory over rivals AC Milan at the San Siro Stadium.

Parma 0-1 Lazio

Lazio kept in touch with leaders Inter Milan and Juventus after edging Parma 1-0 at Stadio Ennio Tardini.

Felipe Caicedo scored the only goal for Lazio four minutes before the break, as they went within one point of leaders Inter Milan in third place.

Napoli 2-3 Lecce

Lecce steered three points clear of the drop zone after upsetting Napoli 3-at Stadi San Paolo.

Gianluca Lapadula scored in either half for the visitors while Marco Mancosu scored the decisive third goal for Lecce.

Arkadiusz Milik scored early in the second stanza for Napoli and Jose Callejon got the second goal in the last minute but it was too little too late for Gennaro Gattuso's charges.

SPAL 1-2 Sassuolo

Sassuolo piled more misery on bottom side SPAL with a come-from-behind 2-1 win at Stadio Paolo Mazza.

Kevin Bonifazi got the opener for the hosts in the 24th minute, but Francesco Caputo found the equaliser for Sassuolo in the 65th minute before Jeremie Boga snatched the winner in the last minute.

Brescia 1-1 Udinese

Brescia remain in the relegation zone after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Udinese at Stadio Mario Rigamonti.

After a goalless first stanza, Dimitri Bisoli eventually broke the deadlock for Brescia with nine minutes left on the clock but Rodrigo de Paul rescued a point for Udinese with the equaliser in stoppage time.

Genoa 1-0 Cagliari

Genoa boosted their chances of surviving after narrowly beating Cagliari 1-0 at Stadio Communale Luigi Ferraris.

Goran Pandev scored the only goal of the match for the hosts two minutes before the break.

Genoa are now four points adrift from safety in 17th spot while Cagliari were left in ninth place.
