However, it seems Conte is not done adding to his squad as The Telegraph has reported that Spurs are now open to signing former Red Devils midfielder Jesse Lnigard on a free transfer.

The England international parted ways with Unietd last month and has reportedly received a lucrative offer from West Ham United.

Lingard impressed during his loan spell with the Hammers in the 2020/21 season, where he registered nine goals in 16 Premier League appearances.

Club owner Daniel Levy and sporting director Fabio Paratici targeted six signings for the new season and they could be closing in on two more, although Lingard was not initially on Conte's list.
