Koeman: I'd say yes to Neymar & Mbappe

FC Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman has responded to Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo's recent comments on Lionel Messi with a big admission about Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

Earlier this week, Leonardo set tongues wagging when he admitted that PSG were monitoring Messi's position at Barcelona ahead of a potential move, with the six-time Ballon d'Or winner's contract at the Camp Nou set to expire at the end of the season.

Koeman has played down the Brazilian's comments, however, and revealed that Barca would be equally interested in signing PSG's Neymar and Mbappe if either of the two attacking stars became available.

"If you ask me if I have interest in Neymar or Mbappe I would say yes, so it's the same," the Dutchman said during a press conference on Wednesday, per Goal. "We do not know what will happen and I cannot comment on them, I only know that we seek to have the best possible squad."

While Messi is yet to make a decision on his Barca future, PSG appears to be the most likely destination for the Argentine star if he decides to leave, although Premier League giants Manchester City have also been credited with an interest in his services.
