Neymar 'offers' Messi No.10 jersey

Neymar has reportedly offered to give Lionel Messi his 10 jersey to help Paris Saint-Germain in their attempt to sign the former FC Barcelona superstar.

Barcelona announced on Thursday evening that the Argentine will be leaving the club after failing to agree on a new deal, ending his 22-year stay at the Camp Nou.

PSG and Manchester City have been linked with the six-time Ballon d'Or in the last few months, but Neymar is looking to do his part in the bidding war as RMC Sport claim he is willing to give over the famous number 10 shirt to his friend.

Meanwhile, PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino says the club are still busy in the transfer window but confirms he hasn't met with the six-time Ballon d'Or.

"I have not spoken with [Messi].And [any move] would not mean that Kylian would leave," Pochettino said, as per Goal.

"A player of Messi's calibre, that is what is interesting to me. The club are working on several options, but we must focus on the game with Troyes.

"We know about what happened yesterday. The club is working on the transfer window and on the elements that could come in to improve the team and allow us to achieve our goals."
