While his exit €65 million transfer to Inter seemed a popular decision amongst the club's supporters, the club's failure to replace him has backfired - with the Red Devils now struggling for goals in the Premier League.

Lukaku has netted nine in 11 starts in Serie A, equalling Ronaldo Nazario's record for the club, as the fastest to reach that tally in the club's history.

He is joined in the top 10 across Europe's top-five leagues by Villarreal's Gerard Moreno, AS Monaco forward Wissam Ben Yedder and Arsenal's Pierre Emerick Aubamayeng.

RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner moved up into the list this week after netting a hattrick and registering three assists in their 8-0 win over Mainz on Saturday.

While Jamie Vardy, who's starring for high-flying Leicester, is flying the flag for the Premier League, as the first player in the English top-flight to reach the 10-goal mark this season.

He's joined in the list by fellow Premier League strikers Tammy Abraham and Sergio Aguero - but neither has more than Ciro Immobile and Robert Lewandowski.

Immobile, who was famously ridiculed for claiming he was the heir to the Poland striker at Borussia Dortmund, has smashed 13 goals in 11 games, while the Bayern ace has netted 14 in 10 Bundesliga outings.
