Haaland makes it five in two games


It was a busy evening across Europe as Borussia Dortmund thrashed Koln 5-1 in the Bundesliga, while AC Milan bagged a third straight win in Serie A.


Borussia Dortmund 5-1 Koln

Dortmund moved up third in the Bundesliga with a 5-1 thrashing of Koln on Friday evening.

Raphael Guerreiro, Marco Reus and Jadon Sancho gave Dortmund a commanding lead before Erling Haaland came off the bench to net two goals to complete the rout.

Mark Uth scored the consolation goal for Koln, who find themselves in 13th spot as a result.

Serie A:

Brescia 0-1 AC Milan

AC Milan climbed up to sixth on the Serie A table after narrowly beating Brescia 1-0 at Stadio Mario Rigamonti.

After a scoreless first stanza, Ante Rebic snatched the winner for Milan with 19 minutes remaining, as the Rossoneri claimed their third straight victory in the league.


Osasuna 2-0 Levante

Osasuna scored two late goals to sink Levante 2-0 at Estadio El Sadar on Friday.

The home side were awarded a penalty with nine minutes remaining in the second half that was converted by Ruben Garcia before Inigo Perez sealed the three points six minutes before time.

Ligue 1:

Nice 1-1 Rennes

Flavien Tait netted struck late in the second for Rennes, who drew 1-1 with Nice at Allianz Riviera.

After a goalless first stanza, Kasper Dolberg eventually broke the deadlock for Nice two minutes after the break but Tait ensured the share of the spoils with the equaliser for Rennes nine minutes before time.
