Manchester United wonderkid Mason Greenwood is amongst the 10 youngest debutants in the Premier League over the 2019/20 season - in a list surprisingly dominated by Chelsea.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solkjaer tempered expectations around the talented forward with a slow introduction into the first-team but before the coronavirus crisis halted football - he burst into life at Old Trafford.

With 14 goals and four assists in 38 games across all competitions, Greenwood looks destined to become the next superstar at the Theatre of Dreams, but he's only the third youngest in the English top-flight this season.

Among the top 10 includes Arsenal duo Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka, who've been equally impressive under the guidance of new head coach Mikel Arteta.

Their London rivals, Chelsea, who's developed a reputation of not affording the academy products first-team opportunities in the past, surprisingly have three players within the top 10.

Under Frank Lampard and notably with a transfer ban, the Blues have been transformed into a young, dynamic and exciting outfit with a conveyor belt of emerging talents.

Armando Broja, Faustino Anjorin and Billy Gilmour all made their debuts in the 4-0 win over Everton this season, with the latter in particular drawing major plaudits for his technical ability in central midfield.

However, the youngest debutant title belongs to league leaders Liverpool after Klopp afforded a 16-year-old forward his debut against Sheffield United in February.
