Koeman would turn down Swansea City

English Premier League

The Swans are in the hunt for a new manager after parting ways with Paul Clement this week after overseeing just three wins in the Premier League this season.

Former Manchester United assistant coach Ryan Giggs has already ruled himself out of the running for the job and ex-Everton boss Koeman has echoed those sentiments, according to Sky Sports.

Leon Britton is currently caretaker coach at the Liberty Stadium and will oversee Saturday’s clash against relegation rivals Crystal Palace.

However, the interim boss has also said he would not be interested in retaining the reins in the long-term, leaving Swansea City’s future in the dark as they face the very real threat of relegation from the Premier League.
