Ole blames Klopp for lack of penalties

English Premier League

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer feels Jurgen Klopp is to blame for the Red Devils getting less penalties.

Klopp made some comments in January this year that Red Devils get more spot-kicks than any other side in the Premier League.

Solskjaer feels the Red Devils should have got three penalties in their last two games, but feels Klopp's comments have made a difference.

"We just have to hope we get what we deserve," Solskjaer said, as per Manchester Evening News.

"We should have had three penalties in the last two games.

"There was a certain manager last year who was starting to worry about us getting pens and after that it seems like the decisions are more difficult to give.

"I've seen a big, big difference since then. We just have to leave it to the refs and hopefully they'll make the right calls very soon."
