West Bromwich Albion will return to the Premier League next season, while Kamohelo Mokotjo's Brentford will compete in the play-offs.
The Baggies were given a lifeline after their defeat to Huddersfield as third-place Brentford lost to Stoke City on Saturday.

West Brom have now secured second spot on the final day of the season following a 2-2 draw at home to Queens Park Rangers at the Hawthorns.
With the regular season now complete, Kamohelo Mokotjo's Brentford, Fulham, Cardiff City and Swansea City will compete in the play-offs.
As it stands, Leeds United and West Brom will be playing in the Premier League next season.
