Manchester United have completed the signing of Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo on loan for the remainder of the season.
United were desperate to add another striker to the squad following the injury to top scorer Marcus Rashford and have now brought in the 30-year-old from Chinese Super League outfit Shanghai Shenhau.
Ighalo, who won the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Golden Boot, netted 10 goals in 17 appearances in the Chinese top flight last season.
Ighalo is United's third January signing after the arrival of Bruno Fernandes on Thursday and Nathan Bishop on Friday.
The 30-year-old will also become the first Nigerian to play for the Red Devils.
