Legend slams 'toothless' Man Utd

English Premier League

Manchester United legend Gary Neville did not hold back in his criticism for the Red Devils after their 1-1 draw with Leicester City.

The Red Devils' top four hopes seem to fading by the week after dropping more points, which has left the side three points behind fourth-placed Arsenal.

United, who were without Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani, needed a strike from Fred to rescue a point against the Foxes, but Neville was not pleased with the display at Old Trafford.

"Manchester United are toothless," Neville said on Sky Sports.

"It's pathetically slow. No pace, no tempo. If Leicester had anything about them they'd go and beat Manchester United."

The former United full-back was not in agreement with Ralf Rangnick's system on the day as well.

"I don't like the system at all. We saw how Manchester United played with this system at the Etihad. It's a bit of a mess," he added.

"Rashford has to come on this pitch. Pogba and Fernandes aren't centre-forwards."
