Despite having just completed the club-record signing of Romelu Lukaku, European champions Chelsea have reportedly pushed on in their pursuit of three other transfer targets.
Lukaku officially rejoined the Blues on Thursday night, when his reported £97.5 million (R2 billion) transfer from Inter Milan was confirmed.
Despite breaking the bank to sign the forward, though, his new club is now ready to make defensive reinforcements as Thomas Tuchel aims to challenge for the 2021/22 Premier League title.

The London club has set its sights on Declan Rice, Aurelien Tchouameni and Jules Kounde, according to the Daily Express.
West Ham United's Rice and Sevilla's Kounde have been linked with the Premier club for a few months already, but due to the hefty asking prices of both, Chelsea may be forced into selling some of their players first to free up some funds and lower their wage bill.
Tchouameni, meanwhile, plies his trade for Monaco in France, playing in defensive midfield alongside former Blues star Cesc Fabregas.
The 21-year-old Frenchman is seen as a cheaper alternative to the England midfielder Rice, who is reportedly Chelsea's "priority" midfield target for this window.
Players the Blues could look to sell reportedly include Ross Barkley, Davide Zappacosta, Michy Batshuayi, Kenedy, Danny Drinkwater, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Baba Rahman.
Kurt Zouma, Tammy Abraham and Ruben Loftus-Cheek could also be heading towards Stamford Bridge's exit door, but only if suitable offers arrive.
