Chelsea obtain trespass injunction

English Premier League

The injunction, which comes after three separate trespass occurrences since September, prevents unauthorised access to their ground as well as the training base at Cobham.

A club statement read: "Chelsea Football Club treats security and safety issues with the utmost importance and will continue to enforce the robust security measures in place for the protection of all of our visitors."

The Blues’ Premier League rivals Manchester City and Manchester United are the other two top-flight clubs to have been awarded injunctions.

The two city rivals both had trespassers scale their respective stadiums and onto the rooves, before posting videos of the incidents on social media.
