Arsenal 1-0 West Ham

Arsenal secured their spot in the semi-finals of the competition with a 1-0 victory over West Ham United at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsene Wenger made a number of changes for the clash as Olivier Giroud, Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck led the line.

The game's only goal arrived just before the half-time break courtesy of a strike from Welbeck.

Leicester City 1-1 Manchester City (Man City won 4-3 on penalties)

Manchester City progressed to the final four of the competition after beating Leicester City 4-3 in a penalty shoot-out.

Much like Wenger, Pep Guardiola rang the changes for the clash as the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, David Silva, Sergio Aguero, Fernandinho, Leroy Sane and Ederson were rested.

Bernardo Silva opened the scoring in the 26th minute, with ─░lkay Gundogan grabbing the assist.

However, the Foxes were awarded a penalty in the 97th minute which Jamie Vardy managed to convert to send the game to extra time.

Neither side could find a winning goal during the additional 30 minutes and the game was forced into a shoot-out, where the Citizens triumphed 4-3 with Vardy and Riyad Mahrez missing their spot-kicks for the hosts.
