When asked about a potential move for the BVB star, Wenger simply stated: “No, that is not a possibility.”
Arsenal appear to be more focused on keeping their current players in north London, with Theo Walcott the latest to be linked with a move away, with return to Southampton said to be on the cards, but Wenger is hoping the England international stays on with the Gunners.
“I want him [Walcott] to stay,” said Wenger.
“I heard about that [a reported move to Southampton] but I want him to stay.”
