The Brazilians overturned a 1-0 deficit to earn a hard-fought 2-1 aggregate win over their Zimbabwean rivals in the CAF Champions League preliminary round at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday evening.
Billiat did well to win a late penalty for the home side in the dying minutes after being brought down in the Chicken Inn area, before subsitute Katlego Mashego calmly slotted home.
Mosimane has reserved praise for his 25-year-old forward for showing great fight to withstand the hits and blows he recieved throughout the match, and ultimately winning the penalty that ensured their progression into the next round.
"Khama is unbelievable [in terms of] the character he shows," lauded 'Jingles' after the match.
"If it was another player, he was going to say, 'hey coach, I am injured and I need to go out' but he kept going and was even limping after he got the penalty."
The former Bafana Bafana tactician also argued that there is only one referee in the PSL that would have given that penalty to his team, while refusing to reveal his name.
"Only one referee can give penalty like this. Only one person in South Africa... You know who he is..."
