The stage for the CAF Champions League final is set as Kaizer Chiefs looks to dethrone the mighty Al Ahly. We have seen various kits earn that all-important star – here's a look at the last 10 kits to win the tournament.

These are just examples of how kits just stick with you, especially those that dawned in moments of triumph. Amakhosi will be confident that they can press the pause button on the dominance of north African clubs in this competition and get their hands on Africa’s most valuable club prize.

Kaizer Chiefs have already overachieved given their CAF Champions League record, as this is their first-ever appearance at the final. Only Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns have gotten this far before, with the latter winning it in 2016.

Meanwhile, Chiefs’ opponents are the most successful side in the competition’s history with nine titles, and finishing as runners-up on four occasions with the last being in 2018.
