EPL star crashes R4.2m Lamborghini

Fame & Fortune

A Premier League footballer has reportedly damaged his £200 000 (R4.2 million) Lamborghini after crashing into a nursery school’s fence.

What happened?

Aston Villa defender Kortney Hause found himself on the wrong side of the law after crashing into a children's school while he was en route to his side's tie against Manchester City on December 1st.

The Premier League ace's 4-litre Urus V8 Lamborghini is one of the fastest cars from the brand and it is said that the ride swerved off the road. He seemingly crashed through the metal gates surrounding the school, according to the Daily Mirror.

What the parents said

It is reported that the Lambo smashed through the fence in Aston, Birmingham with only 25 minutes left before the pupils were set to leave. One of the dads from the creche spoke about the incident in an interview with The Sun.

"My daughter and hordes of children stand on the corner in front of the gates before and after school," a stunned Sabbir Ahmed said.

“It was a staggering slice of luck that no one was killed.

“The black Lamborghini lost control in wet conditions. Everyone is shaking at what could have happened. When I saw the wreckage I thought there must be bodies."

“At another time of day, anyone could have been killed.”

Previous offenses?

A spokesman from the police department revealed last night that it was a “damage-only collision” but they were unable to provide more details.

In May, Hause is believed to have begged the officers to overlook him speeding while he was on his way to meet Prince William at the prestigious opening of his club’s new training ground, according to The Mirror
