The bromance in the Orlando Pirates squad is undeniable, and the duo of Fortune Makaringe and Linda Mntambo took it to new heights with their latest friendship goals moment.
More than anything else, there seems to be quite a lot of harmony within the Buccaneers squad, and two of their seemingly friendliest stars decided to wear matching Los Angeles Lakers jerseys in their recent meet-up.

The pair of two of Pirates’ most charismatic players, and it appears that they have a lot more in common than we thought, as they both are Lakers’ fans in the NBA.
Quite synonymous with their club Pirates, the Lakers are considered to be one of the most iconic and biggest basketball teams in the NBA, a mantle that Pirates carries in the PSL.
According to Nike’s official website, the 2020 Lakers top worn by Mntambo costs R 1 699, while Makaringe’s 2017/18 jersey goes for about more or less that same amount.
The 32-year-old attacking midfielder Mntambo has been having a good patch of form which has seen him score three goals in his five DStv Premiership matches he has played so far this season, including one in the Soweto Derby.
