PUMA have launched the flare pack featuring two brand new editions of the ULTRA 1.4 and the FUTURE Z 1.2 with DStv Premiership duo Neo Maema and Ethan Brooks featuring in the campaign.  

Footballers are tasked with the responsibility of consistently performing and this is why their choice of footwear becomes very important. Some boots are lighter than others which allows you to run at a faster speed while other creations are a lot heavier to allow players to kick the ball further. 

The Sportswear brand has kicked off the new year on the right note with an explosive new pack that is inspired by the most passionate matchday atmospheres in world football.

Ultra 1.4

The ULTRA 1.4 Flare edition is designed for ultimate lightweight speed to ‘See Them Later’. Consisting of ultra-lightweight MATRYXEVO technology combining technical Carbon yarns and transparent Mono yarns to create a devastating high-tech performance material. 

One of the most important features is the minimalizing weight so you can be at your fastest from the first step which will help in gliding past players.  The upper is connected to an internal SPEEDCAGE for lightweight support to keep your foot locked in so you can explode in a flash.

The ULTRA features a unique PEBA SpeedUnit outsole for maximum take-off speed, traction and responsiveness at high velocity giving you the perfect platform to produce faster movements all over the pitch.  

Future Z 

The FUTURE Z 1.2 Flare edition is engineered with zero compromises for the ultimate fit so that the footballers can hurt the opposition with explosive multi-directional movement and creativity. This new boots will be worn by high profile footballers Neymar Jr., Ingrid Engen, Luis Suárez and Vicky Losada.  

This creation features a mid-foot adaptive FUZIONFIT+ compression band which provides the ultimate fit, perfectly wrapping around the foot for the ultimate in comfort and a lockdown to ensure you can make explosive directional changes at top speed.
