Kilian Mbappe has confirmed his decision over his future at Paris Saint-Germain.

Following his heroics against FC Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night, Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe answered a big question about his playing future.

After defeating the Blaugrana 6-4 on aggregate, PSG have progressed to the semi-finals of the Champions League, where they will meet Borussia Dortmund.

During Tuesday's second-leg clash, though, Mbappe scored a brace against a 10-man Barcelona to ensure PSG reached their fourth UCL semi-final, having previously done so in 1994/95, 2019/20 and 2020/21.

His words after the match, however, raised some eyebrows as he continues to be linked with a move to Real Madrid upon the expiration of his contract at the end of this season.

The 25-year-old was asked if PSG winning the Champions League would change his decision on his impending departure at the end of the season.

"No, no, no," Mbappe responded, per journalist Fabrizio Romano.

According to Foot Mercato, he added: "Of course it’s a dream of mine to win it with Paris, and today is one more step towards that, against a big team. Good luck to them but this moment is for us and we will try to go to the final at Wembley.

"We worked for six days between these two games to prepare this game. We played a great game as a team and as a group, with the staff and everyone. We worked with the idea that we would win here, and it’s certainly a great day for the club.

"I've already said that I am and was proud to represent this club even when we lost. I am always proud to be Parisian. For sure, on nights like this the pride is even greater, we are very happy.

“We were a team that was ready to fight and that's what we did, congratulations to the whole group. It's also for the supporters, they travelled far to get here and the organisation of the match from a fan's perspective was a struggle, given the issues with tickets, so of course we thought of them and we wish them a safe journey home. Be careful, take care of yourselves and your families, and we continue all together to the semi-finals."
