Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham broke yet another incredible record set by Cristiano Ronaldo in the side's latest outing.

The England international was on target once again after a brief absence due to a shoulder injury, helping Los Blancos to a 3-0 win over Cadiz on Sunday to catapult them to the top of the LALIGA standings.

The 20-year-old's 74th minute strike was his 14th goal for the club since joining from German giants Borussia Dortmund in August for a reported €103 million (R2.1 billion).

However, the former Birmingham City man seems unfazed by the pressures that come with a large price tag, having made a spectacular start to the season.

The Englishman's fine scoring form has seen him once again make history in the Spanish capital by becoming the first-ever player to score 14 goals in his first 15 matches for the club, according to ESPN.

The previous record-holders were Ronaldo and Alfredo Di Stefano, who both managed to net 13 times in their first 15 appearances for Real.

Bellingham finds himself top of the scoring chart in LALIGA with his 11 league goals, and has also scored three times in as many appearances in the UEFA Champions League.

Winger Rodrygo, meanwhile, netted the other two goals in the side's victory over Cadiz. This comes after he scored twice and assisted twice in Los Blancos' victory over Valencia prior to the international break.

In doing so, the Brazilian became only the third player in the club's history to have been involved in at least three goals in two consecutive league games in the 21st century.

The only other stars to have achieved this feat for the club were Gonzalo Higuain, who managed to do it on one occasion, and Ronaldo, who did it an astonishing seven times.
