Real Madrid have been touted as the 25-year-old's next destination, while there a couple teams in the Premier League reportedly keen.

According to the Athletic, PSG have identified Napoli and Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen as a potential replacement for their all-time leading scorer.

The report claims the Super Eagles star is the 'leading candidate' to take over from Mbappe, with Napoli already confirming he will also leave Italy at the end of the season.

Osimhen is no stranger to French football, having spent time with LOSC Lille where he registered 18 goals and 6 assists in 38 appearances.

Meanwhile, coach Luis Enrique did not have much to say when asked about Mbappe wanting to leave.

"No. I can't say anything," Enrique said when asked about the reports.

"I am going to try to bring this topic to an end. I don't have any comments to make," he said.

"The parties involved haven't yet said anything publicly, Kylian Mbappe hasn't said anything publicly. When both parties speak, I will give my opinion."

Mbappe has not let the transfer saga disrupt his season, having registered 31 goals and seven assists across all competitions.
