Kylian Mbappe has revealed he is yet to make a decision on his Paris Saint-Germain future.

After clinching yet another domestic trophy on Wednesday night, Kylian Mbappe has spoken on the much-awaited decision about his future beyond this season.

The rumour mill continues to turn as the 25-year-old is now at liberty to discuss a potential deal with any club of his choice outside of the French top flight as he is down to the last six months of his contract at Paris Saint-Germain.

Real Madrid are reportedly still knocking on the player's door and it is widely believed that the Spanish giants are his next destination should he decided to sever ties with the Parisians, although some suggest that Liverpool could also be in the mix.

On Wednesday night, the club stormed to yet another title in France, lifting the Trophee des Champions after claiming a 2-0 win over Toulouse.

Kang-in Lee scored the opener in the fourth minute, before Mbappe doubled the lead in the 44th minute.

After the match, the France captain was asked if he has made a decision on his playing future.

"No. To start with, I'm very motivated by this year," he told reporters, according to ABC News.

"It's very important. We have titles to win and we have already won one.

"I haven't made my decision yet. I haven't made a choice.

"With the agreement I had with the president in the summer, my decision is not important as we managed to protect all the parties and preserved the serenity of the club for the challenges to come, which is the most important.

"So we will say that it [the decision] is secondary."

Back in 2022, Mbappe announced his extension in May only, and when asked if another late confirmation could be expected this time around, he responded: "I don't know. It was at the end of May in 2022 because I didn't know until May.

"If I know what I want to do, why wait? It would make no sense but like I have said, the most important are the titles. We have won one already and we are determined to win more.

"My personal situation, inside the club, nobody talks about it, it doesn't interest much."

It is reported that as part of an agreement at the start of this campaign, after PSG initially threatened that he must sign a new deal or be transferred before the start of the season, Mbappe agreed to waive loyalty bonus payments of up to €100 million (R2 billion) to protect the club if he left as a free agent in June this year.
